DayDay Badass born Daysha Jolliff got introduced to music industry by 47 Mel who heard her voice while she was hosting an event that he was performing at, and he convinced her to get in the studio. The name DayDay Badass originated from a childhood nickname she got from her Uncle Ray. DayDay Badass was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up on Joy Road on the west side of DetroitDayDay Badass wanted to be a lawyer at in her early ages because of her love of debating with others. DayDay Badass spent part of her childhood in Chicago, Illinois. DayDay’s favorite hobby is to watch Law and Order SVU, Criminal Minds, and judges Judy and Mathis. DayDay’s favorite place to travel is Chicago seeing her Chicago family all her uncles and especially her Grandma Chicago may she Rest in Peace. She loves spending time with her dogs, a Yorkie named Cookie and a American Bully named B.A... DayDay is a sport fan who played basketball all her life, as well as run track.
